Partner-Fit Scorer (“the extension”) helps users assess whether a company is a good fit for their partner program. This policy explains what the extension does and does not do with data.
Your Ideal Partner Profile settings: The keywords and settings that make up your Ideal Partner Profile are stored only on your own device using the browser’s local storage (chrome.storage.local). This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us or any third party, and does not sync across devices.
Company-page scoring (free feature): When you score a company page, the extension reads the content of the page you are actively viewing and calculates a fit score inside your browser. This page content is not transmitted to our servers or any third party, and the result is not stored; it clears when you navigate away.
AI Research (optional paid feature): If you choose to use AI Research, the extension sends the company URL or page content you submit to our API server (linked-in-extender.replit.app) in order to generate a partner research brief. This feature is triggered only by you. The submitted content is used solely to produce the brief and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties beyond the AI processing needed to generate your result. The extension processes company and business information only; it is not designed to collect or transmit individual people’s personal profile data.
Payment: AI Research is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy; our server receives only a confirmation of the transaction (a session identifier) and does not receive or store your card details.
Data we do not collect: We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or creditworthiness. We do not build user profiles. We do not collect browsing history.
